At the Bede Café you learn to cook and serve meals.
You will also learn many other work and social skills including menu planning. People who have worked at Bede Café say that they became much more self confident.
Café staff make sure trainees work to high standards, matching tasks to each person's abilities.
Trainees' progress is recorded, and their achievements are recognised when
Certificates are awarded.
