Jacqueline is a solicitor at Winckworth Sherwood in the Private Client department,
specialising in all aspects of Family Law and Contentious Probate work. She has
never ran a marathon before but is a keen runner, and has completed 5K and 8K races,
so this is a big challenge for her!
“I would not have wanted to run the Marathon without
running for a charity - it makes it so much more worthwhile. Bede is my firm's Charity
for 2011 (and 2012 I believe) and it is a great opportunity for me to support my
firm's charity with something I can do.
I am keen to give something to the community in which I work and I know that Bede
does wonderful projects for the local community. I particularly like the work they
do with disadvantaged families and children. I have 2 children of my own, aged 11
and 8, and I can really relate to the excellent work they do.” Jacqueline Major
